After years of navigating autoimmune symptoms, chronic stress, nervous system overload, and perimenopause, I reached a point where I felt physically depleted, emotionally overwhelmed, and deeply disconnected from myself.

  • Hoping someone would finally connect the dots and explain why my body suddenly felt so different.

But what eventually changed everything for me…
was realizing my body wasn’t failing me.

It was overloaded.

And healing started to look very different once I understood the deeper connection between stress, the nervous system, inflammation, and the way so many women are living in constant survival mode without even realizing it.
